You can import you Keynotes database as a text file now allowing you to use any database program, even Notepad could create a database now!
To save the file as a Tab Delimited Text file in Microsoft Excel make sure all the information is on one sheet and go to File>Save as
From the drop down list choose ‘Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)
You need to then close Excel to allow ArchiCAD to import the text file
In ArchiCAD go to Cadimage>Keynotes>Keynote Manager choose ‘Load Database’
Choose the text file and you can then set up the columns within the ‘Import Keynotes’ dialog:
Not all columns need to have information, just ensure you have set the correct columns according to how you have entered your data
