The best way to log a support ticket is to log on to our website & navigate to the support centre at: http://support.cadimage.com/
Then choose Help Desk and you will be given an option to Log a Ticket:
Our ticket system now has integration to our Forum!
So when you enter your question you will automatically be shown Related Topics:
Your answer may already be in the Forum so have a look
If not… send the support ticket & we will get back to you & possibly add a new topic to the forum so others find it in the future
