Do you have drawings that you are repeatedly issuing I.E. drawings for engineers, Councils etc.?
Take some of the hassle out of the process by creating Publisher sets for these people

First step: Open you Organiser set the left hand column to you layout book and the right hand column to your publisher

Click the highlighted option to create a new publisher set,  Lets call this one Engineer.”
Generally the engineer will want the same drawings, probably like the floor plans, framing plans, foundation plans etc. But is not likely to be terribly interested in your Window schedule.
We can add the drawings he will require to our Publisher set, so that when he requires new drawings we only have to update and then publish

We can also click on the Publishing Properties button, this will allow us to set where we are going to publish too, and in what format it will print

Once done, Double click on the Engineer option from the list.

Click on the New Folder Icon and name it Engineer.

Then Simply drag the required drawings from the layout book into the publisher set

Once set up you can then click on the publish button
