ARCHICAD License Management downtime now Resolved

Yesterday morning, some of our ARCHICAD Customers may have experienced problems using the License Manager Tool to upload and download Soft Licenses, or loading/updating hardware keyplugs.

We apologise for problems this may have caused for you yesterday – we do take this sort of situation very seriously, and did all that we could do make sure it was resolved as soon as was possible.

Last night, Graphisoft HQ reported that they found and conclusively resolved the error that was causing the LMT problem, and have taken steps to ensure that it does not happen again.
