Automatic opening doors in animations

To have Cadimage Doors opening automatically in an animation go to the Door Settings > Model Display and check the Opening in Animation box, setting the Camera Proximity to suit. Remember to enable to ‘Rebuild the model for each frame’ of the rendering process.

Automatically Check Status of All Hotlinks in Hotlink Manager in ARCHICAD 20

In Work Environment, under Data Safety & Integrity, you have this option: Automatically Check Status of All Hotlinks in Hotlink Manager. It is checked by default. In projects with many hotlinks, the auto-check process might slow things down. In this case, uncheck this option.

Rather than watch for an email or periodically launch the Cadimage Installer – why not enable automatic checking for updates to your Cadimage Tools? To do this, in ArchiCAD 19, go to Cadimage> myCadimage> Preferences… …now simply make sure the options is enabled and set your preferred frequency.

Dimension text position
