If you create and attach a .pla (plan archive file) as a library there is a higher chance you will get duplicated items with your normal libraries (especially macros). Open the .pla file and extract the library to a new folder – then you can directly manage the library contents.

Use Panel cladding to create a tile cladding.

Use the Cadimage Covering set to panels to create tiles in your bathrooms. Instead of placing the covering on the outside place it on the inside. Select just the walls you need to add them to, note you may need to split some walls.
