Tracker giving odd numbers?

The tracker can display the Relative distance (i.e. the point where you started creating the wall) or it can display the distance to the project origin. Having Relative Coordinates ticked in the drop down menu will mean it gives the former, the distance to the start point.

Changing Tracker coordinate display

If you want to change your Tracker from X,Y Coordinates to Distance and Angle coordinates while drawing a wall ,line, slab etc. Right mouse click and select Prefer polar coordinates in the Tracker from the dialog.

Line to the Origin

If you are getting a line back to the Origin whenever placing an element, you may have turned ON the Absolute Coordinates.  To turn ON Relative Coordinates, select the Down arrow next to the Tracker icon in the Tool bar and highlight Relative Coordinates in Tracker.
