Tracker giving odd numbers?

The tracker can display the Relative distance (i.e. the point where you started creating the wall) or it can display the distance to the project origin. Having Relative Coordinates ticked in the drop down menu will mean it gives the former, the distance to the start point.

Tracker inputs going wrong?

If your X and Y inputs within your Tracker are not going in the correct direction, i.e Left & Right for X and Up & Down for Y, you may have set your Grid to Rotated (and set the rotation is to 90deg.)  To remedy this go to View>Grid Options and click Orthonogal Grid
