To make your Glass transparent in 3D, open the 3D Window Settings and within Effects, set Transparency in Shading to ON.

To set Glass to be transparent open the Settings of your Section, Elevation or Internal Elevation, go to the Model Display settings and tick the Transparency tickbox under Uncut Elements.
