Opening Layouts/Views on a single tab

In ARCHICAD 19 and newer, with the new Tab Bar feature, double-clicking on different views/layouts opens new tabs. If you would like them to open in a single tab go to Options>Work Environment>More Options

Automatically resized Views

When saving Views of General Location views (Plans, Sections, Elevations, etc) set the zoom to ‘Fit in Window‘. This will mean as you add to these views they automatically fit to the content of the drawing on the layout sheet. No more cut off notes!
